It’s been a while since I came across a MySpace book in the wild. I have a feeling I’m probably the first to review this book in over a decade. Aside from the less inspiring cover, this book probably did a decent job and explained the basic security and privacy concerns. Why it’s still circulating in a public library collection is beyond me. It’s one of those clear weeds. Even if your specific service population deals with MySpace, I doubt this 2006 book will help.
I did peek MySpace And it’s not even similar to 2006’s MySpace. Content is now focused on the entertainment industry. I tried to search for my old account, but I think it disappeared in time. Also, I do not remember what I did with mine. I created an account just to show people how to set up an account. Oh well. I guess I can not call my friend Tom anymore.
