This past week on FYFA (and in my life):
- Danielle is going to Purdue! I mentioned last week that we were at UGA. It was absolutely gorgeous there, but no school we went to made Danielle feel as at home as she had at Purdue. So, this week she made it official and accepted her offer to become a Boilermaker. (And, yes, we can not help but laugh at the ridiculousness of that mascot, but the history of it is actually kind of fun.)
- What I Read
- I read (and reviewed) Aru Shah and the Nectar of Immortality and Shinji Takahashi and the Mark of the Coatl. Then I read Ghost by Jason Reynolds and started reading Ellen Outside the Lines by AJ Sass.
- I listened to Orbiting Jupiter by Gary D. Schmidt.
- What I Watched:
- Danielle, my mom, and I are still watching Season 4 of Buffy the Vampire Slayeralong with Season 1 of Angel.
- I watched The Ultimatum (well, I thought I had watched it all – turns out there are more episodes coming on the 13th). I thought Married at First Sight was entertaining garbage watching, but this show puts it to shame. LOL!
