How to talk to boys
And other important people

Girls, here’s your chance to make a son love you. Are you shy? This book has all the right things to say, so you can achieve the friend of your dreams!
This book is a little more for 1983. I’m not sure today’s teens will find anything remotely useful in this book. I doubt this advice will work in 1983 either. This book gives advice on what to say, with a little help from Barbara Walters! There are tips on how to be a good listener (also known as keep quiet and let the child talk). Good grooming is essential. In other words, looks are considered. Perhaps most disturbing is the advice when the child is overly critical. Be more understanding and of course swallow it and do not make a scene.
This book is just awful on so many levels. More talk of female empowerment needs to happen. Also, most boys are not self-concentrated spawners. Nor are they more “important” than anyone else.
