Topic for the week between December 17-23, 2021:

God Book Blogger Book Originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-for books In March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. In Jennifer’s possession, I restarted the Hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the Hop will start on Friday and end next Thursday. There will be a weekly tutorial that includes a question related to the book. The goal of Hop is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, make friends with other bloggers and get new followers to your blog.

Sunday 2021 discussion

The subject of the book is Blogger Hop Topic for the week between December 17-23, 2021:

How many books have you read this year (submitted by Elizabeth @ Reviews of Silver)?

Well, that’s a simple question to deceive.

Disclaimer: I’m writing this on December 12th and scheduling it ahead of time (due to some expected family commitments), so the stats may change a bit until this post!

My answer, according to Goodreads, is 72 Books (though, some are very short)! My goal for 2021 was 64 Books (because I turned 64 in the last year). Plus, I DNF five more books!

Well, that’s a short answer, so let’s strengthen it a bit with some graphics. I’m not sure if you can tell from this first book how many books I’ve read in any genre (the colors are a little weird) but I can not figure out how to fix it. Still, I think it gives you a rough idea (34 historical fiction, 20 literary figures). I’m a little unhappy about that because I could not give more than one genre per book.

However, the details of my ratings came out better:

There is also this:

Figure 4

What about you? Have you read more books than last year, or less? How much did you want to read? How much did you finish?

Thanks again Billy @ Super addicted to coffee To this blog hop, and Elizabeth @ Reviews of Silver To the subject!

This post is also my 11th post on The challenge of the debate for 2021, Under the auspices of Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Adiction and Shannon @ It starts at midnight!
